Our ice machine partner, Hoshizaki America, recently introduced two new ice machines perfect for a bourbon bar or any bar that wants to provide a great looking rocks drink.
Both machines are air cooled, with a built-in ice storage bin and a small footprint, to fit easily into a bar area. The IM-50BA-Q makes a 1.8” diameter sphere of ice, producing 500 spheres per day. The IM-50BAA-LM makes a 1.9” x 1.9” x 2.3” cube, producing 200 cubes per day.
