Using the architect’s initial drawings and design, we did a re-work of the kitchen and bar layout, to provide an improved workflow with the equipment needed for their planned menu and catering requirements. We worked closely with the general contractor throughout the project, with numerous site visits, to ensure that the trade’s were placing plumbing, electric and gas in the proper locations.
